Puttanesca sauce jar with plate of fish

What You Need:

    • ½ Jar of Germano’s Puttanesca
    • 4 6oz Salmon filets with skin on
    • 32 - 40 cauliflower gnocchi
    • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
    • 4 oz Freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Lightly brush salmon filets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Either on a flat grill or in a sauté pan, begin searing the salmon.

Step 2:

In a separate sauté pan, bring sauce to a low simmer over low to medium heat. In another skillet, follow the instruction for sautéing cauliflower gnocchi. Once the gnocchi is cooked, combine with the sauce.

Step 3:

When salmon filets are cooked to your liking, plate each filet along with some gnocchi, topping the salmon with some of the residual sauce. Sprinkle with Parmigiano and garnish with fresh parsley.
