2. INFORMATION COLLECTION

This site collects information from Site Visitors both through e-mail and forms. This site permits Site Visitors to include personally identifiable information (information that can be uniquely associated with a specific individual, such as full name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and so on, collectively referred to herein as “Personal Information”).

 

Germano Foods will never sell, transfer, or disclose any Personal Information gathered on this websites to any third parties without the Site Visitor’s prior consent. The provision of Personal Information by Site Visitors is not required in order to gain access to this website. Some functions of this site may require Site Visitors to submit Personal Information in order for Germano Foods to communicate directly with an individual (such as newsletter subscriptions) or to enable participation in a particular activity (such as sweepstakes or other promotions).

 

We use Session Data information, or data we collect about Site Visitors use of the site,  to analyze the effectiveness of our Site and to improve the overall experience with our website, whether Site Visitors are using this site to view content, submit information via forms, or to order products and services via eCommerce.  We may collect Session Data through features of the software that supports this site, through cookies, and through other means described below.

When you click one of these URLs, you pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. We track this click-through data to help determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our communications. If you prefer not to be tracked simply do not click text or graphic links in the email, or notify us in accordance with Section 8 (Opting Out).

5. Website Participation by Children and Teens; Advisory

This site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect information from site visitors in this age group. Although Site Visitors should understand that Germano Foods may not be able to determine if Site Users are under the age of 13.

If we make any changes regarding the Policy, we will post the new Policy via the privacy link on our Website.  Changes to the Privacy Policy will become effective upon your consent to these terms, pursuant to Section 1 (Your Consent) and will be retroactive to the first time we received Personal Information from or about you.
