Germano’s Premium, Extra Virgin Olive Oil is well-balanced, with a medium flavor intensity that finishes with a moderately intense, but delicious aftertaste. Germano’s Extra Virgin is well-suited for low-medium heat sautéing as well as marinating meats and dressing salads and vegetables.
OVERHEATING ANY OIL CAN CAUSE FIRE AND INJURY. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED WHILE HEATING. IF OIL SMOKES, REDUCE HEAT. IF FIRE OCCURS, TURN OFF HEAT AND COVER UNTIL COOL. DO NOT PUT WATER ON HOT OR FLAMING OIL. SPATTERS CAN BURN. DO NOT POUR HOT OIL INTO ANY CONTAINER.
