A Life Dedicated to Extraordinary Flavor
In 1963, Chef immigrated to the United States and the great land of opportunity, to pursue a career in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He spent much of his early career as the Executive Chef of the Specialty Division of Frisch’s Corporation, overseeing the culinary operations of Dockside IV, Riverview and Prime & Wine Restaurants, across Greater Cincinnati. While with Frisch’s Specialty Division, Chef served as an ambassador for Cincinnati Cuisine, sharing his talents in news and trade shows, from Toronto, CA to New Orleans, LA.
